An automated service to provide the title number, tenure type and remaining lease term on a property without the time and cost of obtaining the Title Deed.

It is possible to get the information by purchasing the Title Deeds from HMLR, at a cost of £3.00 and manually reviewing the document to find the information. A costly and time consuming process.

Alternatively, the information can be obtained as part of the conveyancing process. However, this is post mortgage offer and if issues are found that prevent completion, a lender has already wasted significant time and resource.
