PROPERTY VALUATIONS & SURVEYS

Advice on the condition and/or value of a property in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), provided by one of the UK’s leading surveying companies, Countrywide Surveying Services.

Acting on behalf of the property purchaser, Countrywide Surveying Services provide a selection of different surveys to suit the varying needs of different properties and purchasers.
These include a Property Valuation, RICS Homebuyer Report, or a Building Survey for older or more unusual properties.
Surveys or valuations are carried out by one of Countrywide Surveying Services’ panel of 400+ qualified and comprehensively insured surveyors, in accordance with RICS requirements.
Developed with homebuyers and their conveyancers in mind, the survey will identify any visible internal and external problems that need further investigation, with the results provided as a clear and concise report on the condition of the property. This allows the client to make an informed decision prior to purchase and may save the cost of a lender valuation if they decide not to proceed.
According to a WHICH? Report, consumers who have their property surveyed save an average of £2,000 on the property price.
CML Handbook Part 1 Section 4.4 requires conveyancers to recommend that clients undertake a survey. Suggest a survey to your clients to ensure you comply with lender requirements.
Simply log in above, click 'Order' and search for ‘Countrywide Survey’. Alternatively, refer the client directly to us and we will take care of the rest. Simply email the property address, customer name, contact details of the client and the Estate Agent to info@clspropertyinsight.co.uk Countrywide Surveying Services will contact the client directly within 24 hours in order to understand their requirements and assist with providing the most effective survey for their needs.
Contrary to popular misconception, a lender valuation does not include any investigation or commentary on the condition of the property, nor can buyers rely upon them.
Alongside providing peace of mind about the condition or value of a property, the advice provided in an RICS Homebuyer Report, or following a Building Survey can enable a property purchaser to renegotiate on price, budget or plan works to a property they are intending to purchase.
After ordering, Countrywide Surveying Services will contact the client within 24 hours in order to understand their requirements and assist with providing the most effective survey for their needs.
Countrywide Surveying Services will keep the client updated via text and email throughout, liaising with the client directly in order to ensure fast and effective turnaround times. Reports will be issued within 48 hours of completion of the survey.
